A video conference is often done to book meetings with “known” people.
Sometimes, there may be a need to create meetings for external stakeholders. It may be easier to let them book meetings when they have time.
When we have meetings with external stakeholders, it can also be good to increase security so we know the right person enters the meeting.
Examples could be when schools book meetings with parents, lawyers or accountants book meetings with clients, or doctors and dentists book meetings with patients.
We have made a solution where the user can book meeting times when they have time to have meetings. Meetings can be published on a website where the external user can book the meeting.
We have also added an identification – the example is a simple identification, but it could be a digital ID card.
